I ordered a pair of glasses and gave 4 input values for each eye as per my prescription. Unfortunately, I needed only 3 values per eye because I only use single focus glasses. What I got was way too strong. So I called and complained. The response I got was very good. EyebuyDirect replaced my glasses for free and they also sent me a shipper to return the bad glasses. The new glasses are great and work well. It was a very good job; well done EyeBuyDirect.

This is my 5th and 6th pair of glasses from EyeBuyDirect and the delivery and service gets better and better! I goofed on the free tinting check out code but Customer Service got me my refund. I continue to be disappointed in the description of the frames; you have to hunt for frames with metal hinges (watch the cheap frames; they are plastic 'clip' joints with no flex)and then the metal hinges I got with these two frames no not flex! I didn't know they made metal hinges anymore that don't flex. I guess you get what you pay for!
