I had an eye checkup this am (for increased eye pressure, which is now under control with Xalatan). I had my new glasses checked and they were perfect! The doctor was very pleased with how much better I could read the eye chart with the new prescription. Great job, eye buy direct!

I didn't rate customer service because I didn't need to contact this merchants CS department. A wonderful experience--unbelievably low prices for quality eyewear with fast shipping. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely buy from this merchant again (in fact, I'm planning to place another order next week).

I have purchased from two other online opticians in the past--this transaction was better. In addition to low price, fast shipping, helpful and courteous customer service...the product was better. The other merchants send a rather low-quality frame in the cheapest category--this one sends a much better one. The optics and finish are also very good. I wish they would offer a trifocal.
