My husband and I are stationed in Germany, so things usually take a while to get to us by mail. After a little more than 3 weeks, the 2 pairs of glasses I had ordered still had not arrived and the tracking still showed them in transit. The customer service team was extremely helpful and proactive in helping me track down my order and they ended up arriving at our military post office a few days after I was in contact with the customer service team. The EyeBuyDirect team still let me know that I could contact them if I had any questions or problems with my order, and I love my glasses! I got 2 pairs and paid less than $40 including shipping! You seriously can't beat that!
