How do I use this tool?

Firstly, you must have a picture of yourself saved on your computer. Once you have this, you may then upload your picture on to our website so you may virtually try on some frames. Please make sure that your picture is saved in the .jpg file format and that the file size is not more than 150Kb (kilobytes) to ensure faster upload.

My picture seems too small for the frames, what do I do?

When you have uploaded your picture on our website, you may then use the “Transform Tool” to zoom in your picture and adjust it to fit the picture of the frames.

If the frames look good on me on the EyeTryTool, will this mean that the frames will actually be a perfect fit?

No, the EyeTryTool will only show you that the frames look good on you but will not mean that they will fit perfectly. We still recommend for you to check the dimensions listed on each type of frame to ensure a perfect fit.

Will the PD ruler on this tool determine my exact PD?

No, the PD ruler in this tool will only give you an idea where it is to be measured – from the center of one eye to the other. This will not be as accurate than measuring the PD by yourself.

My picture would not upload, when I try to upload it, it gets stuck uploading.

Kindly check if the picture is in .jpg format and that the file size has been compressed to not more than 150Kb. This will ensure that your file (picture) will be uploaded faster.
