I like my new frames, however getting use to the nose pads is taking time. If I had a complaint it is the length of the temples. They are so long the glasses slide down my nose. Can I get some about an inch shorter?

The glasses were all right except for the right ear piece. I don't have a screw driver to fit and tighten it up, will have to stop by my eye doctor's office.
