After ordering a pair of glasses with photochromic lenses I found those lenses more distorting and out of focus at the edges than the clear lenses in the same frames. The photochromic lenses have a narrower useable field of vision. EyeBuyDirect paid for return shipping and refunded the price of the fairly expensive glasses without any problem. Now, that's treating a customer right! They have my allegiance.
