I ordered a pair of glasses and was up in the air about the way they looked. They emailed and asked how things went. I responded that they where bigger than I expected. They told me to pick out a new pair and I did. The new pair arrived as promissed I kept the original until they showed up. When I got them they did not fit the bridge of my nose so I told them I was going to Keep the original and send back the new. There was absolutely no hassle with anything I requested. The 4 rating is because the glasses where larger than expected.
