I had to order a remake because my PD was wrong (due to miscalculations on my part) and then the second time I asked for a refund because my face is too small for the frames that I chose. The customer service rep was fantastic. No questions asked regarding the remake and the refund. The company focuses on what the customer wants and the ultimate goal is to make sure the product you receive is the perfect fit. I will definitely try to get another pair of glasses from this company. Great standards! I wish I would have looked better in the frames I chose!

I ordered my glasses online and made a mistake with the prescription. Not only did EyeBuyDirect send me a return label but was able to correct my prescription that I uploaded. My new glasses arrived in about one week and were perfect right out of the box. I have been with EyeBuyDirect for over two years and will return again next year when my prescription changes.
