I actually ordered the wrong prescription I used the chat box and was given instructions on how to return them all I had to pay extra is shipping. I was truly amazed. The only complaint I have was how long the shipping take and only because it started out ups and changed to usps. I don't consider this eyebuydirect's fault. Can't wait to order again great prices and wonderful service
