Return Policy

At EyeBuyDirect, we guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement.

EBD has a 14-Day Fit & Style guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked.

Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

Free shipping applies for orders above $99 or to new customers with orders above $15. This applies to US shipments via USPS only.

Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Replacement Procedure

  • -Obtain a Return Authorization Email by contacting our Customer Service
    at 1-855-EYEBUY1 (1-855-393-2891), livechat or
  • -Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
  • -Once we receive your Delivery Confirmation Number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.

What you need to know before requesting a replacement or refund:

  • - Provide us with the frame name(s) and order number.
  • - One Time Replacement- Please check the availability of the new frame(s) as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.

    Please search the name of the frame in our site, if you cannot see the frame on line, this will mean that the frame is currently out of stock.

  • - When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.
  • - After 14 days, customers are responsible for handling and shipping fees.
  • - If you have a problem with your prescription fit, please email your original doctor's prescription and pupillary distance (PD) to
