If you're unhappy with your order, our Fit & Style Guarantee means you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of shipping or a replacement within 12 months.
- -Obtain a Return Authorization Email by contacting our Customer Service
at 1-855-EYEBUY1 (1-855-393-2891), livechat or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- -Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
- -Once we receive your Delivery Confirmation Number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.
What you need to know before requesting a replacement or refund:
- - Provide us with the frame name(s) and order number.
- - One Time Replacement- Please check the availability of the new frame(s) as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.
- - When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.
- - After 14 days, customers are responsible for handling and shipping fees.
- - If you have a problem with your prescription fit, please email your original doctor's prescription and pupillary distance (PD) to email@example.com.
