EBD has a 14-Day Fit & Style guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked.
Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
Free shipping applies for orders above $99 or to new customers with orders above $15. This applies to US shipments via USPS only.
Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
- -Obtain a Return Authorization Email by contacting our Customer Service

- -Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
- -Once we receive your Delivery Confirmation Number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.
What you need to know before requesting a replacement or refund:
- - Provide us with the frame name(s) and order number.
- - One Time Replacement- Please check the availability of the new frame(s) as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.
- - When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.
- - After 14 days, customers are responsible for handling and shipping fees.
- - If you have a problem with your prescription fit, please email your original doctor's prescription and pupillary distance (PD) to email@example.com.
