How do I insert the optical inserts into the headset?

It's very easy. The optical inserts are designated as left and right. Please check the L/R markings on the inserts. After aligning the left and right inserts, matching the circular engravings on the inserts with the corresponding circular engravings on the device to attach them correctly, then just click into place. After attaching the inserts, a pop-up will appear asking you to do a set up. Scan the QR code provided with the inserts to complete the set up.

No. The Galaxy XR headset can only be used with the specially designed optical inserts. These inserts have been designed to fit perfectly within the headset to ensure the wearer has the best immersive experience. Your existing eyeglasses would not fit within the headset.

Are there any limitations on who could order KODAK Prescription Lenses?

Yes, the prescription range is only available to those consumers with a prescription from +2.00D to -7.00D, with cylinder power up to 4.00D. Prescriptions outside of this range is not possible as the lens thickness would be larger than the optical inserts and would not fit into the Samsung XR headset. In addition the product can not be supplied to those customers that have prism in their prescription.
