Nice enough glasses, and I love eye buy, but they had problems tinting polycarbonate lenses for my wife, and held up my pairs and her other pair - so long my prescription almost changed - I kid not, i'm diabetic. arggh. I did get the shipping refunded by my request, an apology, but nothing more. what bothered me the most is they would not say what the actual problem was - tint not dark enough? - if that was the problem I would have just said ship it, but no, they had to remake them time and time again. I have got tinted polycarbs before - no problems! personally I think eye buy should have gone way beyond just refunding the shipping for my wife and I; old customers for years! I would have liked to see total credit, or perhaps they could have shipped the "defective lenses so I could see what happened. maybe I should have got a coupon for future business. maybe all of the above. service was that bad; hours on the phone and on the computer when my internet was dying and it took 3 minutes to load a page. that's another story...
