1. Shipping method

USPS - Prescription eyeglasses shipping within 14 Business Days, without tracking number
$5.95 – Anywhere in the U.S. $9.95 – Canada
Free shipping - Orders with a total value above $99 will be shipped via USPS for FREE(U.S.A only).

Express Courier - Prescription eyeglasses shipping within 14 Business Days; with tracking number
$19.00 USA   UPS
$19.00 Continental Europe and United Kingdom   DHL
$29.95 All other Countries   DHL

2. Return policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses, you may return them to us and avail of either a One-Time replacement OR a refund (shipping costs NOT included).

Refund Terms and Conditions:
1. Customer MUST contact Customer Service prior to returning an order and obtain an Authorization Return Email.
2. The returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
3. A delivery confirmation number of the returned glasses must be provided to our Customer Service team.
4. Refunds are applicable to orders within 14 Business Days upon receiving the glasses. Beyond this, the customer is still entitled to a replacement within 12 months.
5. Should the customer decide to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged.
6. Should the customer decide to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will NOT be refunded.
7. Should the customer decide to choose upgrades of higher value, the difference will be charged.
8. Should the customer decide to choose upgrades of lower value, the difference will NOT be refunded.
9. Shipping and handling costs will NOT be refunded.
10. Progressive, Bifocal – There is a $10 restocking fee on progressive & bifocal orders.
11. Designer Frames (branded), Sunglasses, Sport frames, and Accessories are not included in the return and refund policy.
