Dead on prescription, perfect fit

The first pair arrived with the wrong prescription, so I chose. another frame, sadly that one was unavailable and since you do not reframe I was stuck with only one other frame to meet my needs. However, that behind us, the new ones are on there way. The customer service people were very helpful throughout this process.! The only complaint I have is the limited selection and the large number of out of stock selections . It would be very helpful if you would please indicate and put that notice of unavailability on the selection page upfront, since they are not really a choice!So you do not have to find out after the choosing! I was also disappointed I could not get the same frame that I really liked, again. That frame was out of stock now?! However, we will see how the new ones ones work out. I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter after she heard of the website from a friend. Our experince was excellent. The first pair we ordered, we had measured the pupilary distance wrong, so she could not see very well. I called the company and immediately they took care of the refund just as it says on the website. We ordered the new pair after we verified that we had the correct pupilary distance, and they look gorgeous and came in a short time. The website even updated us via email of each step in the processing of the glasses order. I am very pleased withthe service and this website. We plan to order many more glasses from them.
