Returns-exchanges are as good as the website promises.

I ordered a pair of glasses and after trying them on they were just too big for my face. So I contacted customer service who were very cooperative. They credited my account, sent a mailing label and instructions. Service was great. I haven't received my replacement pair so more t come later.
