They are really great. I loved the pair of glasses I ordered when I received them, but I put in 63 instead of 60 for pupillary distance so the glasses did not fit right. I called them and told them the problem and gave them my pupillary distance in inches. They told me I measured 60 and would send me the correct size. They mailed me new ones and I mailed back the ones that didnt fit. I was thrilled that it was no problem to replace the glasses. (no extra charge). Also, I wrote to see how to package the return glasses and they told me the ones I mail back would be donated.
