Very impressed, Friendly Customer Service

I received my glasses as promised within 14 days. Anytime I called the Customer Service Centre I was given very friendly advice and service. The only negative was that as I had previously lost my glasses which are all day every day use, I could not get them any quicker even though I was getting lots of headaches. By the time the glasses had been finished on the Friday they were sent from China and had arrived for delivery on Monday. I have never had that express delivery from an international despatch. Thankyou EyeBuyDirect and DHL. I have already recommended a few friends to you.
