I came to glasses later in life, so the process of choosing frames to lenses is still relatively new to me and I was skeptical of ordering glasses on-line. The excellent reviews for EBD and the much lower cost drew me in and I am glad they did! The entire process went very smoothly. (Note: I did have several questions about my actual written prescription, Transitions, and lense tint - but customer service was more scripted than conversational and not very helpful.) The “try it on” option is a great feature and I am happy with my choice of frames and lenses. (There were no reviews for these frames at the time I chose them.) My glasses arrived on time, in perfect condition packaging, with very useful instructions on how to adjust, clean and care for my glasses. My only complaint is the Transitions element of the lenses - they do not become as dark as traditional sunglasses. I can easily see my eyes through the lenses, even when in bright sunlight. I did not realize that in ordering them. I am indoors and out many times during my day, so the reasonably priced Transition feature is still huge, but I will need to buy a dedicated pair of sunglasses for longer expeditions. All in all, a great experience with EBD and I am still amazed that I bought a pair of great fitting glasses on-line.
