I received my glasses and I love them. At first I was skeptical about ordering glasses on line but I was afraid that would not put the prescription right, but EyeBuyDirect made it very easy with the step by step instructions. Not only that, I was able to live chat for answers to my questions concerning my prescription. I will definitely be ordering more glasses in the near future.
Great Customer Service
I had to order a remake because my PD was wrong (due to miscalculations on my part) and then the second time I asked for a refund because my face is too small for the frames that I chose. The customer service rep was fantastic. No questions asked regarding the remake and the refund. The company focuses on what the customer wants and the ultimate goal is to make sure the product you receive is the perfect fit. I will definitely try to get another pair of glasses from this company. Great standards! I wish I would have looked better in the frames I chose!
