Excellent customer service and a quality product

When I accidentally broke an arm on the original pair I ordered, I contacted a service agent via chat to ask about returning them for repair, or to get a replacement arm. The agent told me that I could get a replacement pair, no charage. Now THAT is great customer service. EyeBuyDirect has a customer for life in me.

Pros and Cons

I liked getting new glasses, the old ones weren't the correct prescription. I liked paying $70 and not $500. However, even with the ability to "try frames on" using an uploaded photo, the frames I received were not ones I would have chosen in real life. So, I'll have to get another pair. All in all, it was a decent enough experience, I think you just have to know what to order ahead of time.
