I messed up the measurement on my first pair and when I called customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the replacent offer I was given. She also knew right away that my measurement was wrong and assured me she could fix it. Relunctantly I agreed but she did correct it. When my glasses came they were perfect. I have received countless compliments :)

AWESOME!!!

Love these glasses, especially how there are nosepads on a plastic frame...Other plastic frames don't fit me right. I have bought many pair of glasses from eyebuydirect. Love the variety of glasses I can wear now....I will continue on buying more glasses here.
