My first pair of glasses ever - love them
Love them, they’re simple and sophisticated
Donated! What a great company.
I tried these on and they didn't work for my face, so i decided to return them. I spoke with a customer service agent, and I couldn't believe what they decided to do for me. I was able to get a full refund on these glasses, and instead of having to ship them back they asked that I donated them. I couldn't believe what I heard, I asked the agent to repeat. I felt such joy in my heart that a company would give a full refund, not ask for the item to be returned, and encourage them to be donated <3. I told the agent that I truly appreciate what the company stands for and that I will definitely buy from them again; since I love my other pair. Now I can share the gift of vision this xmas :)
