I recently bought two pairs of eyeglasses-one single vision and one bi-focal. My glasses arrived in a timely manner, and were boxed individually, with a nice case and a cleaning cloth. When they arrived, I noticed right away that the lenses were great; I had no trouble actually seeing. What I wasn't happy with were the frames. The earpieces extended well beyond my ear, and neither would stay on my face due to how loose they were. I wasn't confident that the fit could be improved with a trip to my local eyewear store. I wrote to customer service, asked for a refund, and received a response quickly. I wrote back for clarification, and very quickly received a prepaid label and more directions. Once I mailed the box, I received an email confirmation of my refund almost before I got back home. In an age where customer service is a lost art, especially with internet purchases, it was nice to experience such wonderful service. I would try them again.
