I've been wearing glasses since the mid '70's which is the last time I paid under a $100 for a pair. The Boon are classy, sophisticated and, most importantly, quality frames which even with progressive lenses cost less than $100. As a result with a minor issue with a nose pad, customer service was stellar in not only sending me a replacement set of glasses but were gracious and communicative, both by phone and email, through the entire process. Their business model of exceptional customer care is truly impressive.
