I was nervous about ordering glasses online without being able to try them on. The "try it on" feature was helpful, but not quite the same. Nevertheless, I am really happy with these frames. It was helpful to have the measurements of an old pair, and a measurement to help estimate how large the frames were going to be, so that I could imagine how they would fit on my face (I'm not a fan of these really big glasses that everyone is wearing nowadays). When they arrived, something seemed wrong with the prescription or the setting of the lenses, so I chatted with someone on the site. I sent them a picture with the glasses on so that they could see how they aligned with my eyes (I think the lens was centered incorrectly), and I sent the glasses right back, and then a new pair came in the mail a week later. It was really effortless, and the problem was fixed. The only thing I miss about not getting them from a store is that the frames are a bit loose on my face and I'd like an optician to be able to adjust them to make the fit tighter. Other than that, this was a great (and WAY cheaper) way to get some great glasses.
