Great Customer Service

On the original order I selected the wrong length for the ear pieces. I called their customer service and explained. For the cost of the shipping $5.95 they replaced my order using a similar frame and lens package. Thank you EyeBuyDirect.com

Good Company to do business with

I would rate EBD as an average company. No complaints at all, but it could be made better, from the overall web experience to customer care. Again, no issues that would prevent me from ordering from them again. But I don't see anything that warrants a 4 or 5 star rating.
