Question 1

When do Eyebuydirect's Cyber Monday glasses deals start?

Accepted Answer

Our Cyber Monday glasses sale typically kicks off right after Black Friday, on the Monday following Thanksgiving. However, we often launch early access deals and extended Cyber Week promotions! Sign up for our email newsletter or SMS alerts to be the first to know when our biggest online eyewear discounts drop.

Question 2

What types of glasses are included in the Cyber Monday sale?

Accepted Answer

You can find incredible discounts across our entire eyewear collection during Cyber Monday! This includes affordable prescription glasses, non-prescription blue light glasses, reading glasses, and both polarized and prescription sunglasses. Even premium lenses and designer brands are often featured in our Cyber Week deals.

Question 3

Can I use my vision insurance along with Cyber Monday promo codes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! While you generally cannot combine multiple promotional codes at checkout, you can absolutely claim your Cyber Monday savings first, and then submit your itemized receipt to your vision insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. We make it easy to download your receipt right from your Eyebuydirect account.

Question 4

How do I know if my Cyber Monday frames will fit before buying?

Accepted Answer

We take the guesswork out of online shopping with our Virtual Try-On feature! Just use your camera to see exactly how any frame will look on your face. Plus, every order is backed by 30-Day Free Returns, if you don’t love your new glasses, you can return or exchange them hassle-free.

Question 5

Do Cyber Monday glasses orders qualify for fast shipping?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We know you want your new frames fast. Many of our most popular styles are eligible for our 2-Day Delivery service. Just look for the "2-Day Delivery" tag while you're shopping our Cyber Monday sale, and make sure your prescription and Pupillary Distance (PD) details are ready to go at checkout.
