Award season is back!
This year kicked off with the 74th Golden Globe Awards and what a night it was. Aside from celebrating the accomplishments of esteemed Hollywood Glitterati, it’s our chance to check out the fashion from the first event of the season. So without further ado, let’s see who won what, and what they wore.
The film that took this year’s Golden Globes by storm La La Land is the only film in history to win a whopping 7 awards, which is the now the record for any film. Emma Stone won Best Actress in Musical or Comedy in a stunning blush Valentino gown. We’d wear the outfit with a pair of our Yuke frames in Light Gray, to complement the detailing and color palette on the gorgeous dress.
Everyone’s favorite #couplegoals, Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds, showed up in matching black outfits with gold accents. Ryan was nominated for Best Actor in Musical or Comedy but sadly all he took home was his amazing wife to their picture perfect family. Sigh. The ultimate couple should really be wearing the ultimate frames and Concept in Jet Amber do just the thing!

Tracee Ellis Ross won Best Actress in her Category for her portrayal of Dr. Rainbow “Bow” Johnson in TV series Black-ish. She is the first black woman to win the award, making Golden Globes history and just happening to look amazing whilst doing it. Her sheer, embellished gown would be the perfect outfit to wear Theory in Translucent with,
